Haircut terms and conditions

1. The free Hair Treatment voucher entitles the bearer to one standard haircut at any of the participating Salons listed on this website.
2. All additional customers will pay the full price for any haircut or treatment. Additional treatments (e.g. colour, highlights, perm etc. and wash or blow dry in some salons) and all future haircuts will be charged at full price.
3. The offer is based on advance bookings only, and is strictly subject to promotional availability.
4. On arrival at the Hair Salon, the voucher must be handed over to redeem the offer.The voucher may only be used once.
5. Participating Hair Salons are all contracted to participate in the free Haircut offer. The promoters, its agents and distributors cannot be held responsible to any venues subsequently declining acceptance of vouchers for reasons of their own.
6. Participating Hair Salons reserve the right to vary prices, times and offer availability (e.g. Public Holidays).
7. Some participating Hair Salons have restricted times on the availability of the offer – customers are recommended to call in advance to check.
8. Photocopied or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.
9. The voucher has no monetary value and is non-transferable.
10. The promoter, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of the voucher, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury at featured studios, and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/availability of featured Hair Salons.
11. The promoter, its agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
12. This offer is not transferable, for sale or re-sale or redeemable for cash.
13. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
14. Offer valid until 30th September 2005.
